62 Slim Super Thermal Sliding

62 Slim Super thermal is a slim system designed for minimalistic buildings with large openings and various typologies. The visible size of the middle post has been reduced to 26mm while keeping a high level of weather performance.

Through the use of internal and external fins it has been made possible to reach heights up to 6 meters. The system comes with a series of rollers made out of stainless steel capable of withstanding up to a leaf weight of 1200 Kg.

50 Slim Super Thermal

50 Slim Super thermal is a commercial slim system designed for buildings with a tight budget. It is an ideal choice for development companies looking to upgrade aesthetically their buildings without adding extra cost. It is also a good choice for hotel units that have a large number of relatively small openings. Technically the system is able to fabricate doors up to three meters in height, two meters in width and 200kg per leaf. In view of the above the system is an ideal choice for most residential projects.

Two different threshold designs are available at the low height of 42mm making it possible to have an exposed or fully submerged step. Optionally the water extraction can also be facilitated through pipes directly installed on the track so that a drainage gutter is no longer required.

3710 Heavy Duty Slim Bi-Fold System

3710 Super Thermal has been designed for the fabrication of large fold and slide doors rup to 5,0 meters height and 1,2 meters wide per leaf. Its main application is for commercial and residential buildings, where high thermal insulation is required along with openings ranging from 3 to 5 meters in height. It is also the recommended choice for projects where high wind loads are specified. The system is based on a basic leaf width of 44mm and a moving mullion of 28mm.

Seven different threshold designs are available in three different heights (35, 49, 71mm) making it possible to have a fully flat threshold as well as a high level of water tightness, fulfilling the needs of most projects. Since the system is also available with gaskets along the whole perimeter as well as a drainage gutter, its performance in water tightness and air permeability is remarkable. It supports most typologies and corner fabrications.

3700 Slim thermal Bi-Fold

The system 3700 Slim Super Thermal has been designed for the fabrication of large fold and slide doors up to 3,0 meters height and 1,2 meters wide per leaf. Its main application is for commercial and residential buildings, where high thermal insulation and Slim mullions are required. The system is based on a basic leaf width of 44mm.

Seven different threshold designs are available in three different heights (35, 49, 71mm) making it possible to have a fully flat threshold as well as a high level of water tightness, fulfilling the needs of most projects. Since the system is also available with gaskets along the whole perimeter as well as a drainage gutter, its performance in water tightness and air permeability is remarkable. It supports all typologies as well as corner fabrications.

720 Super Thermal Casement

720 Super Thermal has been engineered without compromise to make high quality super thermal hinged doors and windows with a tight budget. Its sash is characterised by triple joining means to withstand acoustic glass having a weight up to 150Kg per sash. It is available in simple hinged typologies, tilt only, tilt and turn and many other not so common.

It is available in two aesthetic lines, namely softline and flat design to accommodate classical and modern architecture. Having a frame thermal performance Uf >=1.6 W/(m2K) and a fabrication thermal performance Uw of up to 1.2 W/(m2K) makes it is suitable for use in passive houses to reach zero energy consumption. It comes with a burglary resistant multipoint perimeter locking system and a choice of safety and acoustic glass.

Unload window frames and glasses at respective locations of installation. Locations are given on the labels pasted on each frame.
Align the window frame in perfect vertical level in the opening. Check with a plumb bob and spirit level
Packing needs to be provided ALL AROUND the window frame. EVEN at the BOTTOM. GAP on all sides need to be uniform as far as possible.
All open drain holes and screw holes need to be filled in with proper color CAPS supplied with the windows.
Glass packers must be used on all FOUR sides of the window frame.
Then hardware alignment is done to get lock and other hardware in ideal working state.
INSIDE as well as OUTSIDE sealing is mandatory. When the gaps between the window frame and the wall exceed 10mm, baker rods must be used first to fill the gaps before applying the silicone sealant.
All garbage occurring as a result of unpacking and installation, needs to be collected and disposed off by the contractor after consultation with the Client Representative to a suitable location.
Joint inspection with client representative and handover of the site.
